What is EXIF data?
EXIF data is hidden information saved inside a photo: the camera or phone model, the date and time, the camera settings and often the GPS location.
This EXIF viewer shows all of it clearly and points out anything that could reveal personal details.
Why check it?
- See when, where and with which camera a photo was taken.
- Check whether a photo shows your location before you post it.
- Look up camera settings like shutter speed, aperture and ISO.
- Private: the photo is read on your device and never uploaded.
